From the artist: These paintings are representative of a work that is at its initial stage. The theme of this work is "Displacement.” I want to shed light on the expanding numbers of displaced people who are rendered homeless due to the effects of catastrophic weather conditions, flooding, and severe storms. This is occurring on a national as well as a global scale.
